13th day of Manga Advent Calendar 2015
Hello everyone, here is the thirteen day of Manga Advent
Calendar 2015.Now as I said as yesterday’s hint that today’s manga is a sport manga I loved and I was so happy when this was made into a fantastic
anime. Today’s selection is Kuroko No Basket
Now the reason why I got in to this manga was that my
younger sister plays Basketball, and I never really understood the rules or how
the formations of a team could affect their play style. This was one of the
cases I have used anime as an aid for education so when I would go to her
matches I would be able to understand what was going on. The fact that the
manga was able to teach me a lot about the game was good as my sister wants me
now to attend all of her games. The manga was really good but it wasn’t until the
anime was made that it began to get the attention it has received (three seasons
of anime and a new spin off manga)
The premise of the story is that a new first years Kuroko Tetsuya
and Kagami Taiga enrol in Seirin High basketball club. Kuroko was formally part
of the team that is known as the Generation of Miracles, as every main player
on the team was highly skilled. Kuroko was the phantom sixth man who speciality
in passing and helped support the other members of the team.it is his and Kagamis
goal to become the best team in japan which means they must also beat the rest
of the Generation of Miracles.
One of the best parts about this manga is the character development
as the story goes on we understand how people’s attitudes to basketball change
as they begin to think about the game as a fun activity and not just a sport
where wining is all that matters. It’s a good message that you must enjoy what
you do in order to achieve your dreams. It also shows how people can become
more determined after they fail and how they become better because they failed
in the past.it really a good feel-good manga as it is a journey and as a reader
I became really attached to the characters but also shows that you should never
give up. I hope to have the same dive to keep going towards my aspirations within
my life.

the Manga Advent Calendar, here is this hint for today. The manga I will be
looking into tomorrow is a retro manga that is the parent of the acclaimed Sword
Art Online.
